Booking Rules

• Booking confirmation is upon settlement of 75% of total value.
• Balance in full payable on or before the event date.
• Children below 3 years stay free.
• Children sharing a room with parents will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children occupying their own room will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
• Express check-out option available.

Room Rules

• Check-in time from 2.00 PM, check-out by 11.00 AM.
• Early check-in available upon availability.
• Loss of key card will result in a KES 1,000 fee

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the arrival date, after this time we charge you as follows:

• 48hrs or less prior to the event 100% cancellation fee on anticipated loss
• 3 days or less prior to the event 75% cancellation fee on the anticipated loss
• 6 days or less prior to the event 25% cancellation fee on anticipated loss
